Juvenile Justice Ministry

Reaching teens in tough situations

Imagine being 16 years old, committing a crime, and going to live in juvenile detention. You anticipate your release, knowing what awaits you: the same friends, family, and life that got you into jail. How can you forge a new path for your life?

Staff and volunteer leaders serve in local juvenile detention centers throughout the week offering chapel services, small group Bible studies, book clubs and life skills classes. We also work with the justice system and community partners to mentor youth upon their release back into the community.
