Willie’s Story

In 2 Timothy 2:2, Paul writes to Timothy (his mentee), “You have heard me teach these things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.”

Two couples came into a Kansas penitentiary and mentored Willie. After his release, these same mentors encouraged Willie to volunteer with Youth For Christ. Now Willie’s Bible Study is the highlight of the week for the teens in the Jackson County Juvenile Detention Center.
